During the past 7 years, the California State University San Bernadino Facilities Planning, Design & Construction department has been working with AEPC, and in particular Mr. Daniel Liese, on a variety of design projects. For the past 10 years, I have worked with AEPC here at CalPoly Pomona and have been very satisfied with their work product. The staff from AEPC, under the guidance of Mr. Daniel Liese, has supported seveal of m projects that has included upgrading our underground domestic water, sanitary sewer, and industrial waste pipeline systems along with various other tenant improvement and maintenance upgrade projects.
For one particular project, AEPC performed a study where they evaluated the campus’ existing sanitary sewer system and calculated the future volume, which was based on the Campus Master Plan. Ater the study was completed, AEPC implemented their recommendations into a full design. Now the campus’ sanitary swere system has the capacity for the next 75 years.
In addition to their design services, AEPC has provided Construction Administration services during the Construction Phase of our projects, which included site inspections and evaluations, and the issuance of Record Documents from the contractor supplied as-built documents.
