Spark is a national non-profit organization that inspires middle school youth to experience and make real all that is possible for their unique futures. Our team was thrilled to support Spark through participation in the Fall Mentorship program as well as Spring Discovery Day, a culminating event at which 200 students, along with their mentors, present the projects they have created throughout the semester. This day not only showcases the untapped and unbridled talent of young people, it highlights the incredible impact mentors can make in the life of a student. 92% of Spark Student have graduated or are on track to graduate on time, compared to an average of 68% in the districts Spark doesn't serve.
